The pamphlet advertises the hall's technological advances in accomodation and includes the daily and weekly rates. The pamphlet also advertises the beauty of winter there and its location in North Conway and its proximity to the various sites in the White Mountains. Inside the pamphlet are several black and white pictures of Kearsarge Hall and the surrounding area.
