Navy and natural figured double weave coverlet with eagle and tree border on three sides. Woven for Helen J. Gornee in Southport, Chemung Co., New York. Gornee died a year after the production of this coverlet, on April 11, 1834. She is buried in Elmira, Chemung Co., New York.
