Hudson R. Williams (born c. 1809) was a clothier in a woolen factory. Some of his coverlets include “& Co.” following his name. His coverlets usually include triple letters “MMM” or “WWW” in the bottom border, but this one instead repeats a single letter “P.” The significance of these letters remains unclear.Collection
