Figured coverlet; undyed and blue cotton and blue, red, and green wool, tied double cloth. Center seam joins two panels. Hemmed top and bottom; self-fringe on sides, fringe attached to bottom. Central motif consists of starburst medallions with floral centers alternating with small four rose medallions. Floral vines intertwined to form an X separates the two medallions. Border on sides contains a repeat of floral arrangements in urns. Bottom border is a free flowing design of swirling vines and starbursts. Corner blocks contain a turkey on a tree branch with a rooster at the base of the tree and te woven text.Collection
