Figured coverlet; undyed cotton and red, blue, and olive wool, tied double cloth (Beiderwand). Top and bottom hemmed, sides fringed. Central motif consists of alternating stylized flowers and sunbursts within a diamond. Border along both side edges features open winged eagles within a half circle. The border along gthe bottom edge containsw roosters facing each other also within half circles. Secondary border includes a double row of small sunbursts on the outer edge of all four sides.Collection
