Figured coverlet; undyed cotton and blue wool, double cloth. Center seam joings two panels. Selvedges on both sides; top and bottom are covered with satin binding. Central motif consists of large floral medallions separated by a chain of intertwining grapevine and birds. Borders contain floral motifs on a ground of diagonal lines separated by dots. Corner blocks contain floral medallions on a ground of diamonds. Border and blocks are framed by a line of zigzags and dots.Collection
