East Maine Conference (EMC) Seminary - Women's Class of 1887. Photo includes Sarah Sargent and Minnie Weston of Prospect Harbor, Maine. In 1851, East Maine Conference Seminary was opened by the Methodist Church in Bucksport, Maine. The secondary school operated until 1933. Wilson Hall (still standing in 2023) was added in 1983 to the National Register of Historic Places.
