The Bee Hive. Built by Al Hamilton as employee housing across the street from his sardine factory. He sold the factory to E. T. Russell from Boston who went bankrupt. The factory was purchased by Calvin L. Stinson, Sr. in 1927 for $3,000. Shortly thereafter, Stinson tore down the Bee Hive.Photograph Details
