Description

Southeast corner of Liberty and Samuel Streets in Charles Town. All of the buildings in the foreground were removed in 1982 to create room for the expansion of the Charles Town Library and to serve as a parking lot owned jointly by the library and the Presbyterian Church. The church steeple is visible in the center of the photograph.
