Description

Black slate used in the 1890s at Summit Point School. Brown wood frame with rounded corners. A hole has been made in the middle of one short end of the frame possibly to hang. "Les" is scratched into the wood. "L. SOMMERS" is carved into on long side of the frame. Scratches and, perhaps letters on other long part of frame.
