Stephenson Seminary. A female seminary opened in the fall of 1884 under the direction of Reverend C. N. Campbell. The seminary closed in the early 1900s and re-opened as a boarding house called "The Inn" at Charles Town operated by Mrs. John P. Briscoe. [note on verso reads: The Inn (?)]
