Description

Store scale for weighing sugar, flour, etc. Body of scale is painted red with gold trim. Brass pan for holding commodities. Two round weights on other side. One is "2" and other is "8". Brass lever arm has scale of 0 to 8 with moveable weight to balance the scale. Around main body of scale "THE J.B. NO. 4 APPROVED TYPE 17 N.Y. CITY SERIAL Q2". The logo "JB" is in four places.
