Leather U. S. cap pouch with flap cover and brass button at bottom for closing. Inside flap for securing percussion caps. Two straps on back for attaching to belt. Marked on front of outside flap "R. WHITE U.S. ORD. DEPT. SUBINSPECTOR". Marked "R" on back.
