Two box tops - St. Hilda's Hall glass negatives were in these boxes when they were delivered to the museum. The boxes read:
"Photographic Dry Plates, Hammer Dry Plate Company, St. Louis, MO
Keep in dry place, open in dark room only
These plates were made with upmost care; should they be found defective in manufacture, they will be replaced, but no further responsibility is assumed by us, as the plates are sold without warranty of any kind.

Written in pencil on the end of one box top "1928, St. Hilda's Hall, Miss Duval" and on the other box top end is "1929 - 1930, St. Hilda's"Acquisition
