Blue ribbon with bronze colored bar at top designed like a valance with a heavy curtain rod. Large pin on back of bar. Silver colored star on top part of ribbon. Star is made with twisted wire and small silver colored disks. Fringe in center and bottom of ribbon made of silver colored wire. On lower part of ribbon in silver "POTOMAC COUNCIL NO. 16 S. OF J.". Sons of Jonadab was a temperance organization.Acquisition
