Description

Blue ribbon on one side, black on reverse. Bar at top shows two hands shaking against off-white enameled background. Below bar is a badly deteriorating white ribbon with crossed American flags with a silver star at bottom. This white ribbon goes about halfway down ribbon. Below star is "POTOMAC COUNCIL NO. 16, S. OF J. HARPERS FERRY, W. VA.". Fringe of silver colored wire at bottom. On back is a black ribbon that has in silver letters "In Memoriam POTOMAC COUNCIL, NO., 16, S. OF J. HARPERS FERRY, W. VA." Sons of Jonadab was a temperance organization.
