Description

Red ribbon with bronze colored medal attached. Gold wreath around "GAR" at top. Partially furled American flags on side with banner above that says "FORTY SIXTH ENCAMPMENT". Between flags is depiction of a medal with eagle above and star as medal. Below that is "DEPT. OF OHIO". Attached below that is shield shaped medal with depiction of "GEN. GEO. ROGERS CLARK". Below that are depictions of "I.O.O.F. HOME, SPRINGFIELD K. OF P. HOME, and MASONIC HOME". Below that is "JUNE 1912". On bottom of ribbon is "DELEGATE". A paper tag is glued to back indicating "The Whitehead & Hoag Co.".
