Description

Silver medal with bar at top with "G. M. SLIFER." on it. Hanging from bar on small chain is a round medal with a runner in the center. The runner is attached with a pin that rotates. Around the runner are the words "JULY 4TH '91 440 YARDS 54 SEC.". A wreath surrounds the medal. On back of medal is BRAXMAR N.Y.".
