Wood and metal musical instrument once had 23 strings. Four are missing. There is a wooden block over the keys with five wood bars for changing pitch or key. There is a white number and letter chart under the keys near one end. Near the other end is a white label with a man's image, the word "AUTOHARP", several patent dates in 1894 and "MANUFACTURED BY C.F. ZIMMERMAN CO. DOLGEVILLE, N.Y. U.S.A.". A label on back in shape of a shield says "WASHINGTON, D.C. FROM E.F. DROOP SONS STEINWAY PIANO WAREROOMS 925 PENN. AV. N.W.".Acquisition
