Beige Confederate memorial ribbon. Gold colored bar at top with a star in the center. Ribbon has battle flag and stars and bars flag crossed above a button showing Robert E. Lee. The ribbon says "BERKELEY CO. CHAPTER C.D. MARTINSBURG, W. VA. Brass coiled wire tassel attached to bottom.
