Description

World War II OD (olive drab) enlisted man's service hat with brown brim and strap held with a brass button on each side. On front is U.S. Army insignia of spread-winged eagle with shield on front, clutching an olive branch in right claw and bundle of arrows in left, circle of stars above. Handwritten on underside of sweatband "J. H. M.". On underside in oval "STYLED BY LEWIS". On sweatband at back "7 1/8".
