Description

Two-sided ribbon with tin nameplate at top. On plate is "Jr. O." (the Masonic symbol) and "U. A. M." On blue ribbon in silver is "VICTORY COUNCIL NO. 29". In the center is a log cabin with a flag on top surrounded by a wreath. At the bottom of the wreath is "JR. OU.A.M. CHARLES TOWN WEST VIRGINIA". On back is a black ribbon with the following in silver: "In Memoriam VICTORY COUNCIL NO. 29". The same cabin with flag surrounded by a wreath, and below "JR. O.U.A.M. CHARLES TOWN WEST VIRGINIA. At bottom of ribbon is silver wire fringe.
