Black plastic desk telephone with rotary dial with numbers one to zero. Above each number starting with 2 going to 9 there are three letters of the alphabet adjacent to each number. There are no letters at the 1 and below the 0 is "OPERATOR". Paper label in the center of the dial has "304-725-8628". Below that is "GTE". Paper sticker on back says "REPAIR ANSWER CENTER To reach repair service, dial 1-606-329-8181 This is a free call." Cord attached. Volume wheel on bottom with arrow and "LOUD".Acquisition
