Description

Elaborate ceremonial collar for the Grand Worthy Vice Templar of the Independent Order of Good Templars. Collar is purple velvet with purple silk backing. There are two brass wire stripes sewn to the velvet with a flower design. There are three stars on the right side made up of brass wire and small round disks. The center of the stars is red. On the left side are two stars with a brass wire wreath design between them. In the center of the wreath is "G W V T". There is brass wire fringe around the entire collar. Where the collar comes together is a rosette or medallion made of red, white and blue silk with a silk purple ribbon and brass wire star in the center.
