Bronze colored medal or coin in wooden presentation box. On Obverse is "BGEN Speedy Lloyd KYRGZ REPUBLIC 2002". Mountains with a rising sun behind is in center. Reverse has four connected fleur-de-lis with 'U. S. EMBASSY BISHKEK around edge. Box has inlaid designs on top with four short pedestal legs.
