Gray, stoneware, two-handled crock made by Sycamore Pottery for the Charles Town Bicentennial Commission's fundraising efforts for the town's June 1986 bicentennial festivities. Crock is numbered 8 out of 100; crocks sold for $45 each and were made upon demand, as they were purchased. The face of the crock has a handpainted floral design with text that reads: 1786-1986 Charles Town, W.Va.
