Upper photo: On the left is the Victor Products building, which is on the site of the old A. D. Goetz Harness Factory; on the right is the Goetz house at 310 Fairfax Boulevard. The Victor Products building was later replaced by the Dixie Narco building. Lower photo: In 2015, the Dixie-Narco building has been demolished and the Melvin T. Strider Colonial Funeral Home occupies the former Goetz house. (IMG2931)
