Description

Two-piece U.S. Navy working uniform including blue camouflage long-sleeved shirt (a) and pants (b). "WHARTON" embroidered in gold on back, right pants pocket. "WHARTON" embroidered in gold on right breast of shirt; "U.S. NAVY" embroidered in gold on left breast. Above U.S. NAVY is an embroidered gold Information Dominance Warfare "pin" (See Notes in record #2056 for more information on this insignia). Eagle with olive branches are embroidered on either side of collar, designating Captain (06) rank. Silver colored embroidered eagle, ship, and anchor insignia on left pocket represent heritage and tradition of Navy. Uniform was worn on board a ship or at shore stations, not at front office. Khaki would be worn if working with an Admiral or at the Pentagon.
