A report by Donald Watts constructing censuses of persons in the community who were customers of Matthew Frame's mercantile business. Customers were identified through entries in two Frame ledgers (ARC179 and ARC866). Frame was a merchant in Charles Town in the the late 1700s and early 1800s.
