Lists the members of the Benevolent Society of the Parish of St. Andrews, dated July 7, 1817. Signature at top of cover page in pencil is believed to be H. Criswell. With the pamphlet, is a receipt from Cedric L. Robinson, Windsor, Conn., for purchase by T.T. Perry, June 16, 1959.
