Description

Evening dress belonging to Barbara Tanquary Shugart, circa 1950-1960. Dark green satin and silver brocade dress with fitted bodice and cap sleeves. The skirt has a top tier that is attached to the bodice and the remaining bottom of the skirt is gathered on the top tier, to give the effect of a full skirt.
