Souvenir program (2 copies) for homecoming celebration in honor of Jefferson County soldiers who took part in World War I. Charles Town, West Virginia. Lists names of soldiers from Jefferson County, segregated by race; too many names to list here. Sept. 25, 1919. Events took place at Rouss Memorial Hall, Star of Bethlehem Hall (today known as Fishermen's Hall), and Court House Square.
