Framed charter (no longer framed). At top "HEADQUARTERS GRAND CAMP CONFEDERATE VETERANS DEPARTMENT OF VIRGINIA". Crossed Confederate battle flag and Virginia flag. Issued to Jefferson County Camp Number 123 which included Roger Preston Chew, Commander. Dated July 17, 1905. Red seal at bottom left. Removed from frame on February 10, 2017.
