Wooden trophy plaque with black laminate cover screwed to the front of the plaque. Black laminate is incised: "PEOPLES BANK OF CHARLES TOWN MOST BLUE RIBBONS VEGETABLES JEFFERSON CO. FAIR 1990". Silver-color adhesive label on back: "BILLER-EVANS TROPHY CO. R.F.D. 4 Box 204 Charles Town, West Virginia 25414 (304) 725-9642".
