Description

Wrought iron wrist shackle. One wrist piece is locked by a p-lock with worm to unlock. Lock also has a grease hole. The other wrist piece is closed with two triangular loops of iron that interlock for chaining to another enslaved person's shackle. A two-holed spacer with a chain link on either side separates the two wrist pieces. Used to prevent escape of enslaved people, for example, while moving them from place to place.
