Red silk ribbon, printed in gilt: "INAUGURATION MARCH 4TH 1885 Cleveland & Hendricks THE PEOPLE'S CHOICE" with pictures of Grover Cleveland and Thomas A. Hendricks (Cleveland's vice-president) pasted within a gilt shield. On reverse is small brown paper circle with white lettering: "TORSCH & LEE MANUFACTURERS BALTIMORE, MD."
