Gray hat (fedora style) with blue and white checked band. Size 7. On inside of leather band are written: "Stetson Medalist, John B. Stetson Company" and "ADAM LINK & SONS / CHARLES TOWN, W. VA." Adam Link Clothier, followed by Adam Link & Sons, was on the northwest corner of North Charles and West Washington Streets in Charles Town. Streetscape photo (IMG449) looking east on Washington Street shows Link's store on the left side of the photo. In business there in the 1930s, 1940s, and closed in 1955. The Silco Store replaced Link's at that location in 1956.Acquisition
