US large-cent coin, 1829. On the front of coin is a bust of Lady Liberty facing leftwards. Inscribed on a band on Lady Liberty's head is the word LIBERTY and the year 1829 is at the bottom of the coin. Around the outer edge are 13 stars. On the back of the coin is the inscription ONE CENT surrounded by an ornate wreath. Surrounding this are the words UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.Acquisition
