Scope and Content

"My Victory Book for the purchase of United States War Savings Bonds" to be filled with 10 cent war stamps and, once filled, exchanged at the post office for a United States War Savings Bond with a maturity value of $25.00. Small rectangles for placing stamps are outlined in red with pictures in red of planes, ships, etc.; beneath each rectangle is a monetary designation showing how much had been saved. This booklet has five of the war stamps pasted in it. Handwritten in the space for name and address is "Robert E. Sheely 1110 Washington Avenue Martinsburg West Virginia".
