Colonel Samuel Bailey Richmond, Colonel William Booth Taliaferro and Colonel George Baylor Horner. These officers were on the faculty of VMI and were in Charles Town for the hanging of John Brown. Accompanied by a photographic copy of signatures of the three officers. Below the signatures is "Charlestown Va December 2d John Brown"
