(1) Fifty cents, part of fourth issue, printed on silk fibre paper. Portrait of Samuel Dexter, Secretary of the Treasury in 1801, appointed by John Adams. Scalloped green seal. Issued by Acts of Congress dated June 30, 1864.
(2) Ten cents, part of fifth issue, printed on silk fibre paper. Portrait of William M. Meredith, Secretary of the Treasury 1849-1850, appointed by Zachary Taylor. Scalloped red seal. Issued by Acts of Congress of March 3, 1863, and June 30, 1864.
