Collection of documents belonging to Ann Amelia Stephenson Beckham (Jan. 18, 1808 - Aug. 24, 1843) of Harpers Ferry. ARC720-1: Two-page handwritten prayer by Ann Amelia Beckham (in fragments), lower half is dated with what appears "Saturday 12th day of October 1838". (See attached images 1a and 1b) ARC720-2: Two-page handwritten letter written by Ann Amelia Beckham's son George Beckham, Baltimore, July 15, 1859, to his father, Fontaine Beckham. ARC720-3: Twenty handwritten pages from Ann Amelia Stephenson Beckham's diary, entry dates from 1839 to 1842. (See attached images 3a through 3t) ARC720-4: Seven page handwritten manuscript with two handwritten poems, no titles, author unidentified, no dates. (See attached images 4a through 4g)
