Framed display of varnished newspaper cuttings. "Presented to the Museum in June, 2009, by Richard Lee Boxwell, Jr., 301 Handley Avenue, Winchester, VA 22601. According to donor, this framed display of varnished newspaper cuttings hung in Charles Town Courthouse. Item was given to Donor's father by "Judge Tavener". Display ca. 1880. Accession No. 351.
