Old Charles Town Library. Established in 1928 through the generosity of Elsie Bogardus Murphy. Named the "Helen Platt Murphy Memorial Library" in honor of Miss Elsie's mother. Replaced in 1965 by the Jefferson County Civic Center and Library.
