Laid papers are yellowed and measure 8.5 x 13 in. Pages are bound by a metal brad at the center and top of the papers. First two pages are typed in black ink, and signed by James M. Ranson. The third pages is handwritten and signed by Justice of the Peace, David Howell. Pages are folded length-wise into quarters.
