Description

Middletown, Connecticut, carbine in the style of the Hall's breech-loading rifle. Rod attached to left side for saddle ring but ring is missing. Breech opening mechanism differs from the Hall's in that it is a lever on the right side which rotates and is held tight by a leaf spring. Marked on top of breech block "S. NO MIDL. CO."
