The committee comprises Thomas Morris, Samuel Clark, and John Dorsey. This report constitutes a statement of expenses current to 25 December 1800 and to a fairly detailed level, itemizing among other expenses smith-work and iron, stone masons' and bricklayers' co., paint, and more. Additionally, there is a comparison of the actual expenses to the amount received from the Loan Office Fund and state treasurer. No institutional holdings accordina to OCLC.
