[Jan. 30, 1797]. [Philadelphia: John Fenno, 1797]. Remarkably rare report transcribed from the Pennsylvania Hospital building committee minutes. The committee comprises Thomas Morris. Samuel Clark, Elliston Perot, and added in ink below Perot printed name is that of Thomas Penrose; and undersigned by the secretary Samuel Coates. This report constitutes a statement of expenses current to 28 November 1795 and to a fairly detailed level, itemizing among other expenses lumber, hair for plastering, wages, and more. Additionally, there is a comparison of the actual expenses to the amount received from the Loan Office Fund and state treasurer OCLC identifies only one in institutional hands.
