This is a quite elaborate little backgammon product from the 1970's. Sometimes even a cheap plastic set harbors a clever idea, and here it's the clever home for the doubling cube in a cutaway space in the middle of the bar that locks it in place, hearkening back to the older tradition of resting the centered cube on the bar. The dice cups are collapsible plastic on the model of the little portable drinking cups that were common in the 50's-60's. The set comes with instructions written by Prince 'Djoli' Kansil (spelled differently from his 1974 quiz book).Made/Created
