The Toothman Series was passed from Thornton Jacob Toothman [1847-1896] and his wife, Martha Jane Hoult [1850-1931], to their son, Harry Sterling Toothman [1872-1951] and his wife, Abigail Kiger [1870-1964], to their son, Glenn Jacob Roy Thornton Toothman Sr. [1891-1967] and his wife, Elsie Huffman Rees [1890-1982], to their son, Glenn Jacob Roy Thornton Toothman Jr. [1920-2001] and his wife, Katherine Jane Throckmorton [1919-2012], to their son Glenn Jacob Roy Thornton Toothman III who owned and shared the items with the Greene Connections: Greene County, Pennsylvania Archives Project between 2016 and 2022.
